GOLF4THRIVE
In 2026, the THRIVE for Life Foundation will host its 6th annual GOLF4THRIVE tournament. Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, players, and volunteers, GOLF4THRIVE has raised over $70,000 in support of the CARE Center’s whole-person initiatives for adults diagnosed with cancer.
The 2026 event will be held the morning of Friday, June 5th at the beautiful Fairview Golf Course in Lebanon.
Register for this event online by clicking the Register Online button below which will take you to THRIVE’s donation page. Please fill in your registration/sponsorship amount in the $0 field, then select GOLF4THRIVE in the drop down menu, and pay using either PayPal or a Credit card. Use the text/comment box to provide information about your foursome or sponsorship. We will contact you via email if we have any questions about your intentions.
